     I LOVE my job!!!  Helping you to have a wonderful Real Estate transaction is my goal. This is first and foremost about YOU. Sure it is nice to have a commission, granted, but never at your expense. 

    Recently I listed a home that had been on the market with another realtor for 275 days. The home had been vacant for a year,  so we cleaned and we staged it with extra furniture the seller had.  It was marketed on Realtor.com, the MLS, a network of Realtors, open houses, and a virtual tour.  Lo and Behold.. it sold in 45 days!
